Can I add these products to my compost heap?

Very few of the products we offer can be disposed of in a home compost system. If the product listing does not confirm a product is home compostable, please DO NOT dispose of them in a home composting system.

Are your products an answer to marine pollution?

No. Nature never intended the sea to be a waste disposal route for any item made by humans. The products we offer reduce the need for single use products which, in turn, reduces the impact on waste. Reducing waste will positively impact the environment.

What is your return policy?

You may return any item ordered providing that return is made within 14 days of receiving the item. Where an order for multiple items is placed and items are delivered separately, the return period runs 14 days from the delivery of the last item from that order.

We will only accept returns for items that are unused and in undamaged original packaging. 

Customers are liable for all shipping costs to return an item or items.

Customers will receive a full refund of the price paid for authorised and returned items.  

What actions are you taking to reduce your carbon footprint?

We take our environmental responsibilities very seriously. Whilst we accept that we cannot "leave no trace" due to the nature of our business, we can offset the carbon we are responsible for. We have chosen who calculate the carbon we generate in our business activities and personal life. This is then offset through investment in accredited carbon offset program both in the UK and abroad.

Do you offer customized products?

Yes. We can offer joint branding on nearly all our products with subject to minimum order quantities.  We do not offer single product personalistion.
